Today I had a hankering to do something reminiscent of the old black-and-white Guinness ads from the 1990s. This is a promo shot taken by Krystiee Lee, with some trickery applied using Adobe Express and Photoshop. Frank was originally standing a little further from us and more in the foreground, but I moved him back a bit to balance the composition.
Here’s a hack you might not expect: I actually used ChatGPT Images 2.0 to get the black-and-white grainy photo effect on the background (it’s gotten really good at that sort of thing recently), but then dropped the real photo of us back on top of that with a black-and-white Photoshop filter.
